Painting and drawing have always been Emma’s way of making sense of the world.

Through her practice, Emma holds emotion, memory, and stories often difficult to put into words. Experimenting with movement, her process is expressive and intuitive.

Each painting an attempt to sit with vulnerability and resilience at the same time, creating work that feels lived-in, human, and honest.
