  • Tori Beeche’s Studio, 16 Advance Terrace, Arrowtown
    Open 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    Experience a special presentation of works by five members of the artist-run collective Mothrmother. Hosted at Tori Beeche’s studio, this pop-up exhibition coincides with the Artist Run Spaces workshop at Hui 2025 and reflects the collective’s evolving creative dialogue.

    Curated by founder and kaitiaki Nat Tozer, this intimate iteration showcases local talent and collaborative energy.

    Visit Sara’s cosy backyard studio and discover handcrafted jewellery made from unique South Island stones. A third-generation carver, Sara works with a wide range of minerals—from pounamu to lesser-known treasures like schist, serpentinite, and rhodonite. Learn about the stories behind these taonga and the craft passed down through generations.

    At the end of a dirt road, hiding in the back of a garage in rural Gibbston you'll find the home studio of Laura Shallcrass. Laura is an artist and award winning illustrator who creates work for local, national and international clients. She works in a mixture of mediums from digital to oil and gouache and you will find a large range of books, illustrations and even a few not yet on the market oil paintings to peruse.
