Steven Youngblood

Steven is a strategy consultant with over 20 years' experience in and around the public service.

He was Poururuku Taumata Tirotiro | General Manager Strategy and Insights at the Toi Mai Workforce Development Council – the workforce development body for Aotearoa's creative, cultural, recreation and technology sectors.

He now advises public sector leaders through Insight to Action Consulting.

A lifelong improvisor and unrepentant champion of the creative industries as Aotearoa's next driver of economic growth, Steven lives in Wellington with his wife, three children and an annoying cat.
